If your feet are ever sore, just stretch your calf muscles out or soak your feet in warm water mixed with Epsom salt.     Make sure you cut your toe nails straight across. Cut them a little short, but make sure you don't cut them too short. If your toe nails are cut very short or at an angle, it increases the chances of getting an ingrown toe nail.
