Do you like the show SpongeBob SquarePants? Are you a fan of Bikini Bottom's resident grouch? If so, just follow these simple steps to learn to draw Squidward Tentacles!

Method 1
Method 1 of 3:

Standard Squidward

  1. 1
Draw a horizontal oval with a square beneath it. This will serve as Squidward's head, although it should look more like a mushroom at this point.
  2. 2
Add a thin rectangle under Squidward's neck. Followed this with a larger rectangle and a semicircle below that, for his torso.

  3. 3
Draw two arms. Each consists of one square and two rectangles with two triangles at each end. Squidward's arms in this picture are resting squarely on his hips, so try to imitate that position as effectively as possible
  4. 4
Draw a rectangle for the legs. Divide it into three (since the fourth leg is hidden behind him). Create pairs of triangles at the end of each leg for the feet.
  5. 5
Sketch the face. Draw an oval for each eye and between those draw an egg shape for the nose. Add two small ovals inside the eyes for irises.
  6. 6
Draw two semicircles at the sides of the square. Draw a line across for the mouth. The eyes depend on what kind of expression you want, so be creative!
  7. 7
Ink the drawing. Try to make a modular line, which passes from a thin to a thick line and vice versa. Also erase any remaining sketch lines.
  8. 8
Color in your drawing. Use light greenish-grey for the majority of his body and a sort of mustard color for his shirt. Finish up with his light yellow eyes and bluish suction cups, and there you go! Squidward Tentacles!

Draw a long black triangle shape with a bell shape on the back, and a white ring that divides the reed from the rest of the clarinet. Make sure that the triangle and the bell overlap, and another white ring marks the start of the hole. The inside of the hole is light blue. The number of keys varies from scene to scene, but it's usually around three to seven. The outline of the clarinet is usually blue.
