A Marmite broth has a distinct meaty flavour perfect for warming your insides on a cold day. Alternatively, why not try drinking Marmite in your cocktails.
Ingredients
- Marmite
- Boiling water
- 45ml vodka
- 10ml lemon juice
- 60ml tomato juice
- 4 drops Tabasco
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Marmite
- A pinch of salt and pepper

1Spoon marmite into a mug - about two thirds of a teaspoon will be sufficient. You can vary how much marmite you use depending on how much you can handle.
