Money and cash are two extremely vital resources in as far as playing Need for Speed is concerned. Both can get you new cars, mods (upgrades) for your cars, new levels in the game, and much more. If you are a good racer, you will be able to get both in abundance. However, the only way to get truly unlimited cash and bounty is by going illegal—through cheats.

  4. 4
Transfer the SaveEditor.exe file to your desktop. Do this by dragging the file onto the desktop using your mouse.

Using the Game Glitch to Get Unlimited Bounty

  1. 1
Open the Career menu. On the game’s Main Menu, press Enter to select the first item on the menu, which is “Career.”
  2. 2
Open the Safe House menu. On the Career menu, press Enter to choose the first item on the menu, which is “Resume Career.” This will open the Safe House menu.
  3. 3
Resume your free roam game. On the Safe House menu, select “Resume Free Roam.” This will take you to the streets of Rockport, the fictional city on which the game’s storyline is based.
  4. 4
Drive around the streets. Use the Up Arrow key to accelerate, Down Arrow key to brake, Left and Right Arrow keys to steer left or right respectively.
  5. 5
Try to engage the cops in a pursuit. You can do this by doing the following:
    • Ramming police vehicles.
    • Ramming other civilian cars.
    • Speeding.
    • Driving in the oncoming lane.
    • Knocking down signposts and billboards by driving on the curb.
  6. 6
Head over to the bus station in Graypoint as soon as you’ve got the cops on your tail. Graypoint is at the very middle of the Rockport City map (which you can view by pressing M on your keyboard).
  7. 7
Smash through the bus station window. You will see a ramp where you can get on top of a ledge.
  8. 8
Drive to the top of the ledge and stop. Normally, the cops will not be able to climb onto the ledge. You will accumulate unlimited bounty as they continue to unsuccessfully try to bust you.
