Strawberry reduction sauce is a thickened sauce made from fresh/frozen strawberries. It's very simple to make!
Ingredients
- Large fresh strawberries (6)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Water
- White sugar
Steps

1Wash the strawberries. Remember to remove the green top off the strawberry.[1]

3Add at least 2 tablespoons (29.6 ml) of white sugar.

4Turn the heat to medium and add 1 cup of water.

5Boil for 15 minutes on medium heat.

6After rising for 7-10 minutes, stir it and mash it with a spoon or a fork.[3]
