Excessive body hair can be caused by genetics, or by conditions such as hirsutism, which is caused by having high levels of hormones known as androgens. Fortunately, there are treatments and lifestyle changes you can try to help reduce your body hair growth and make it less noticeable. Before you make any sudden changes to your diet or before you start taking supplements, talk to your doctor to make sure they’re safe for you.

Preventing Excessive Body Hair
