Is there a lot of drama at your school? Are you sick of it and want to be helpful? What about starting a Right Heart Club and stop all the gossip, bullies and other problems that are bothering your schoolmates’ school life. Read this to get started.
Steps
Method 1
Method 1 of 3:
Planning the club
-
1Map out a plan. Having a fair club isn't a walk in the pack. It comes with some degree of mental strengthening and strategy. Reel out a plan of operation and review each process with few close colleagues who share similar or same objectives. This is a good start to a great brainstorming.
-
2Decide what your club is about and what it does. The theme is to stop any form of bullying and drama. Ask a teacher if you are allowed to start the Right Heart club.
- Start planning after you receive your teacher’s approval. You could do a few games and start about the importance of not becoming a bully.

3Gather members and tell them to keep your club secret. You wouldn’t be a group if you are the only student there. When you have planned out the club, create a signup list and posters and put it somewhere where your schoolmates will always pass, such as the hallways or the cafeteria. You can also make announcements about your group. The more people you reach, the more members you'll get.
-
4Find a suitable meeting area. If necessary ask your teachers for permission.

Method 2 of 3:
Hosting club meeting
-
1Make a contract. Ask people to sign a paper saying never to gossip or bully again.
-
2Use actions more than words. Go out and show what you have learned. You can be a role model to others.
-
3If you want to get something or make a rule, have a vote. It can be show of hands or writing on paper.
-
4Choose a fair leader by voting. Remember the leader should just represent the club and make very few decisions alone.
-
5Give out positions to everyone. Make sure everyone has a positions they enjoy doing. Some job ideas are:
- The leader, who will organise the meetings and set up the announcements.
- The deputy leader, who fills in for the leader if she is not present.
- The Secretary,
- Treasurer. (Looks after money etc.)
- Spies.
- Researchers.

Method 3 of 3:
Running the Club
-
1Comfort victims of bullying. You must understand that no one wants to be bullied, and bullies have harmed them, physically or emotionally. Always comfort anyone you see in and out of club.
-
2Don’t mind if members quit. Maybe they have changed into a better person because of you.
-
3Ignore people who don’t take the club seriously. You should let people know what the club will do and how you will do it. In time they'll understand its importance.
-
4Hold meetings weekly. During your meetings, work hard to stop problems at your school. Always help others die down the drama.
-
5Treat everyone equally. The idea of the Right Heart club is to let students have a peaceful, drama-free school life. On the first meeting, break the ice between everyone. Allow everyone
-
6If somebody is crying or is upset tell one of your teachers so they can deal with it.
-
