Billal Al Kedra

Billal Al Kedra (Arabic: بلال القدرة; died 15 October 2023) or Bilal al Qadr was a Palestinian senior Hamas commander.[1]

Hamas activity

Kedra was a commander in the Nukhba, a Hamas special military unit.[2] He was involved in the planning of the 7 October attacks in Israel, notably the Kfar Aza,[3][4] Nirim and Nir Oz massacres.[5]

Death

The news about his death first appeared on 14 October reporting that the Israeli army had killed Kedra in the Khan Yunis area, in the southern Gaza Strip, on 13 October 2023.[2] On 15 October, the Israeli military announced that it had killed Kedra during airstrikes.
