Borborud-e Sharqi District

Borborud-e Sharqi District (Persian: بخش بربرود شرقی) is in Aligudarz County, Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Chaman Soltan.[3]

Not to be confused with Borborud-e Gharbi District, Borborud-e Gharbi Rural District, or Borborud-e Sharqi Rural District.

The National Census in 2011 counted 10,973 people in 2,874 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 10,427 inhabitants in 3,029 households, by which time the rural districts had separated from the district in the establishment of Borborud-e Sharqi District.[2]
