Estofado (food)

Estofado, Estufado or Estofadong Baboy (from Spanish estofar: "stew,") is a Filipino dish in Philippine cuisine similar to Philippine adobo that involves stewed pork cooked in vinegar and soy sauce with fried plantains, carrots and sausages.[2][3]
