Farmeshkan Rural District
Farmeshkan Rural District (Persian: دهستان فرمشكان)[3] is in the Central District of Kavar County, Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Deh Shib.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Kavar District of Shiraz County) was 6,300 in 1,429 households.[4] There were 6,220 inhabitants in 1,715 households at the following census of 2011, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Kavar County.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,883 in 1,809 households. The largest of its 20 villages was Abadeh Abgarm, with 1,643 people.[2]
