Hakimabad, Chenaran
Hakimabad (Persian: حكيم اباد, also Romanized as Ḩakīmābād, Akīm Ābad, and Hakīm Ābād)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Hakimabad Rural District of Seyyedabad District, Chenaran County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 942 in 220 households, when it was in Radkan Rural District of the Central District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 815 people in 239 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 771 people in 234 households.[2]
After the census, the rural district was separated from the Central District and two districts were established, each with two rural districts and one city.[4]
