Kazzaz Rural District (Persian: دهستان کزاز) is in the Central District of Shazand County, Markazi province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2011, its population was 13,161 in 3,979 households.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 12,014 in 3,912 households. The largest of its 17 villages was Qadamgah, with 1,963 people.[2]
