The United Malays National Organisation (Malay: Pertubuhan Kebangsaan Melayu Bersatu; Jawi: ڤرتوبوهن كبڠساءن ملايو برساتو); abbreviated UMNO (/ˈʌmnoʊ/) or less commonly PEKEMBAR, is a nationalistright-wing political party in Malaysia. As the oldest continuous national political party within Malaysia (since its inception in 1946), UMNO has been known as Malaysia's "Grand Old Party".
