Zarrinabad District (Persian: بخش زرین‌آباد) is in Dehloran County, Ilam province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 10,407 in 1,999 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 10,030 people in 2,356 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 6,227 inhabitants in 1,627 households.[2]
