How to Catch Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire

In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, there are a lot of legendaries that you will be able to catch. They include Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion, who debuted in Pokémon Black and White. Read this article to learn how to capture them.

Get the Eon Flute. You get the Eon Flute after completing the Primal Groudon/Kyogre storyline at Sootopolis City.

Have three Pokémon in your team with maxed effort values (EVs). Effort values are hidden points that your Pokémon receives for defeating enemy Pokémon. The more EVs you get for your Pokémon, the stronger it will be. The maximum amount of EVs a Pokémon can have is 510; with a maximum of 252 EVs being available for any given stat. Use the Eon Flute to summon Latios/Latias and soar into the sky.

Soar to Pacifidlog Town, and nearby, you'll find an island called the Pathless Plain. Land on this island.

Go through the path, and at the end, you'll find a portal. Press A to interact with it, and say yes to the given question to face either Cobalion, Terrakion, or Virizion, depending on the day. Cobalion appears on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, Terrakion appears on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and Virizion appears on Mondays and Thursdays.

How many times do these Pokemon appear? If I kill one, do they come back?

These Pokemon only appear once. If you kill it you could soft reset (press L+R+Start/Select). You must save before fighting the Pokemon so soft resetting is helpful. Another thing you can do is beat the Elite Four again and all legendary Pokemon that have fainted can be fought again.
