Many sports in today's action-packed world require you to use a vast amount of air in order to be successful. Although you can't increase the size or capacity of your lungs, you can improve their function. This makes you feel like you've increased your lung capacity, but really you're optimizing the capacity you already have. You can optimize your lung capacity by doing breathing exercises, performing cardio exercise, and making lifestyle changes that support your lungs.

Doing Breathing Exercises
