  • Half pound mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Half a teaspoon fine salt

    Separate each mushroom from the bunch and shred any larger mushrooms into smaller pieces with your hands.

    Place mushrooms in a plastic/zip log bag and add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon thyme, half a teaspoon fine salt and 2 tablespoons flour (use corn flour for gluten-free option). Close the bag and shake well to coat.
