An easy way to make delicious, homemade and healthy mushroom chips. This recipe works best with oyster mushrooms, but you can make it with other types as well. Just slice them into thin slices, about 0.25 of an inch thickness.

- Half pound mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon thyme
