Bakhtajerd

Bakhtajerd (Persian: بختاجرد, also Romanized as Bakhtājerd; also known as Bakhlagird, Bakhlājerd, and Baxtâjerd)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Bakhtajerd Rural District of the Central District of Darab County, Fars province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 877 in 201 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,093 people in 258 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 889 people in 277 households.[2]
