Forg Rural District

Forg Rural District (Persian: دهستان فورگ)[3] is in Forg District of Darab County, Fars province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Do Borji.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 10,381 in 2,235 households.[4] There were 7,971 inhabitants in 2,183 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 8,237 in 2,516 households. The largest of its 39 villages was Qaleh Now, with 1,530 people.[2]
