Sky Voicemail allows you to receive messages from incoming callers if you are away from your phone or on the other line. Through this service, you can access your voice mailbox not only through your main phone, but from another device (e.g., cell phone). By setting up access to Sky Voicemail, you can listen to messages on your home phone without having to be at the house.

How do I record a personal greeting?

That depends on the type of phone you own. Usually, you listen to the directions and it tells you what button to press in order to record that personal greeting. It usually says something about "recording the message after the beep," but if you continue to have issues, be sure to look up the type of phone when searching how to set up the greeting.
