    Make a list of your major goals in life. Now that you're getting to know yourself on a deeper level, you can start making changes. Write down a short list of your main goals in life.[11] Ask yourself what major accomplishments matter to you and what you dream about achieving. Be as specific as you can, but don’t worry if the goals seem far away or impossible from where you’re sitting now. Just get them down on paper.[12]
    • For example, you might write down goals like getting a college degree, having children, writing a novel, and traveling the world.
