Kol Kol Rural District
Kol Kol Rural District (Persian: دهستان کل کل) is in Asemanabad District of Chardavol County, Ilam province, Iran. Prior to the formation of the rural district, its constituent villages were in Asemanabad Rural District of the Central District. Its capital is the village of Kol Kol-e Olya,[2] whose population at the National Census of 2016 was 1,576 in 448 households.[3]

After the census, Asemanabad Rural District and the city of Asemanabad were separated from the Central District, elevated to the status of a district,[4] and divided into two rural districts, including the newly established Kol Kol Rural District. At the same time, Halehsam Rural District was established in the Central District.[2]
