Halehsam Rural District
Halehsam Rural District (Persian: دهستان هلسم) is in the Central District of Chardavol County, Ilam province, Iran. Prior to its formation, its constituent villages were in Shabab Rural District. Its capital is the village of Halehsam,[2] whose population at the National Census of 2016 was 494 in 140 households.[3]

After the census, Asemanabad Rural District and the city of Asemanabad were separated from the Central District, elevated to the status of a district, and divided into two rural districts, including the newly established Kol Kol Rural District. At the same time, Halehsam Rural District was established in the Central District.[2]
