Academia Estadounidense de las Artes y las Letras
La Academia Estadounidense de las Artes y las Letras (American Academy of Arts and Letters) es una institución artística que apoya la literatura, música, y arte estadounidenses. Su lema es: «acoge, asiste y sostiene la excelencia». La academia fue fundada en 1904 y en 2007 tenía 250 miembros.

Premios
La Academia concede numerosos premios, becas y galardones, cuyos beneficiarios son elegidos por los comités compuestos por miembros de la academia.
