    Obtain the Bug Badge from Santalune City Gym. The Bug Badge is needed to catch Snorlax.

    There will be a man who will tell you "to head to the castle".

    Find his Pokémon.

    Head to the balcony.

    Watch the fireworks. After this, he will give you the Poke Flute.

    Head back to the bridge on Route 7.
