Amazon is simple to use and a great place to find almost anything you need. There are also a ton of ways you can get discounts and save money. Like the site itself, many of the deals and discounts are easy to find if you know what you’re looking for. To make it easy for you, we’ve put together a handy list of ways you can take advantage of all of the deals and discounts on Amazon so you can save as much money as possible.

Become a Prime member.

Shop the exclusive deals that come with it. Amazon Prime is Amazon’s membership program that allows you to take advantage of exclusive deals and discounts such as flash sales and Amazon Prime Day, an annual shopping holiday available only to Prime members. Visit the Amazon homepage and choose the option to sign up for a Prime membership. It’s free for 30 days and then it costs $12 a month, but you can pay an annual fee of $119 for a better deal.^{[1]

The simplest is to click on "Today's Deals" to bring up Amazon's Gold Box discounts, which can include coupons, lightning deals, deals of the day, and Prime early access. You can also search Amazon Warehouse for discounts on returned or refurbished items as well. Additionally, check out Amazon's coupon page, to look for coupons you can use to apply to purchases to get a discount on them.

Pull up Amazon's homepage and click on the link at the top that's labeled "Today's Deals." Then, in the submenu, choose "Coupons." From there, you can search through the coupons to find the ones that are most relevant or useful for you. When you find a coupon that you like, click the option to "Clip Coupon" so you can save it and keep searching or shopping.
