Geography

The commune is made up of the following collection of villages and hamlets, Le Hameau Perré, Les Lignerits, Le Moncel and Écorches.[3]

The commune has the River Viette running through it and a single stream the Secqueville.[4]

Church of Saint-Saturnin-des-Ligneries a 13th centaury church classified as a Monument historique in 1948.[5]

  • André Mare (1885 -1932) is buried at the Church of Saint-Saturnin-des-Ligneries.[6]
