If your iCloud storage is full and you don't want to pay for more space, you can delete items using your computer, iPhone, or iPad. Deleting files, folders, and messages from iCloud deletes them everywhere you use your Apple ID. This wikiHow will teach you how to delete items from iCloud including files and folders in your iCloud Drive, and messages and attachments in Messages.

Folders and Files in iCloud Drive on iOS

1Open the Files app. You'll find this blue folder app icon on one of your Home screens or in the Utilities folder.
- If you're part of a shared folder, that space does not count towards your own.
